Another Dumped Dog
It breaks my heart--and those of so many others--to see a wonderful dog that has had a former home and family, but is now out on the street. No home, no food, no health care, no love.
Animals Without Limits was asked if we could help Rottweiler Bruna--living on the street--to get sterilized. You could see she had already had puppies many times, and we needed to keep it from happening again. Could we also re-home her?
I picked up Bruna and the woman that feeds her on the street. With eyes full of worries Flavia the woman, was so totally concerned about what would happen to Bruna after recovering at the vet. clinic. I could well understand her, Bruna, a loving and very polite dog was snuggling up to us while we were talking. A gentle lick on my hand, and with brown, watery, begging eyes she asked for just a little. "Just" a home!
Flavia don't want to put her back on the street, many people get afraid when they see a lose Rottweiler and they could go out of their way to hit her!
Please help us help Bruna with Amore, she is a sweet dog, one who doesn't deserve to be cast to chance on these mean streets. She needs a loving family that will receive her love in ample return.
Amore and Amore.

A New Friend Adapting
To feel comfortable knowing you, his new home and perhaps his new "friends". That made me realize the same happened to me, and my children. With Olivia and me, we bonded right away, but with Max it actually took little more than six months. Same with animals and families.
That's why it is important not to compare or to remember the former dog "to much". It is easy, but dangerous!
It is an Amore to see every individual life as unique and special.

Lawless and Problemness
Castle Vultorno, close to were we live, is the best place to hide in if you are having any problems with the law. You can just disapear there, and live very cheap. No one asks for your paper.
Heard this week:
Hundreds of dog shelters with up to thusands dogs inside. Once they are in there they never gets out. Adoption rate = zero. Living space = 1 m. Amore = zero. Hope = zero. Life = zero
This is not Amore!

Valentine Expectatons
And so it is valentine, and the expectations are on high alert for many today. The stores are hoping for big sales. Yesterday was like a valentine day for me, were many people made me feel loved, and my expectation was on zero level.
Max and I went in to the hospital, when a person walked up to me and said, "You look awesome mom."
At the clinic one nurse said to me, "Wow you are skinny" (well I took that as a compliment!)
At the food store, the manager (yes it is a woman) came up and said, "Look everybody how beautiful her son is, and his mom looks great too."
This is big time Amore! Thank you for filling my day with extra sunshine!
