Animal lovers in Italy will celebrate the "Black Cat" arranged by an Italian animal organization.
Owners to black cats are asked to bring them to an award ceremony-- for people whom have helped to protect the Black Cat.
Thousands black cats are (remember it is a dark number) are killed or abandoned because a myth. According to the Italian Ass in Defense of Animals and Environment, around 7 000 black cats has disappeared in the Lombardy region-- each year.

Why? Many Italians think that when a black cat is crossing their path it is considered bad luck.
There are reports that some Italian motorists are waiting in their car for the black cat to cross the road so they can kill it with their car.
So the organization want to change the image of the black cat. Help changing and fighting peoples superstition, which is according to the organization a huge problem in this country.
Do I have to comment this? Sigh!

Cruelty there is no Excuse for this.
I am angry, tired and ......... It is time to stop hiding behind "oh it is to awful I can not watch"
Well I don't want to watch, but if I don't watch and sign on the petition, and get educated, then I am as bad as these men on the video. I have invisible blood on my hands.
You, who wear fur, this could be one of the animals suffering because of you. You can change.
God didn't create us livings to do this or be hiding scared of giving them--the animals-- your voice.

Dog Cruelty
Family pets being killed in an awful way and it is unbelievable how this can happen in a modern time.
Many times I do not understand the human race. It makes me sad and upset, that we are an evil species. Here we complain on how some animals can be cruel and attack other animals -- most of the time to survive--Just look at us, how we humans destroy Mother Earth, and each other. We shouldn't talk about respect and put ourselves on a pedestal.
Shame!
