OUR MINI HOSPICE DREAM WILL COME TRUE

I have known this "surprise" for quiet some time.
Actually already last year. Spring is coming and we are ready to build.

Our wonderful AWL sponsor Craig Kleber have been one of
AWL's longest and generous sponsor.
Last year he stepped in and told us he wanted to donate 2500 euro
so AWL could build their mini Hospice.

We are forever  grateful for everything that Craig does.

The donation are made in Craigs father' name Louis "Chuck" Kleber
and the little Hospice house be named "Casa Valeria" after my mother,
an animal lover and her parents were also from Naples

That's Amore.//Mia

We will start building one, and it will be in big garden area attached to a house so the sick dog can be monitored 100%

Thank you Craig your heart for animals is HUGE heart emoticon

MICHELLE FOUND ON THE STREETS PREGNANT

Michelle was found on the streets by animal lover and rescuer Giulia. Michelle is pregnant. AWL made an appointment at Lega Pro Animale and Michele could go there and get an abortion and get sterilized.

Thanks to your donations, AWL can help both animal rescuer and the strays. Being a stray is tough and having puppies is in many times a nightmare. Puppies born to strays struggle to live, and often fail.

Thank you all for supporting us so we all can work as a team. That's Amore

BUSY WEEK

Photo Rita Schneider 2010

I am sorry that I have not updated my blog for a long while, but I can tell you....I have not been still for many minutes.

Monica and Milla, AWL Sweden came down to stay for three days and I made a busy schedule for us. As you all know about the volcano ash it made it very difficult for people to get home...and so it was for them. But now they are on a bus on their way home, fingers crossed!

My SUV broke down and on top of that someone broke in to it and made a mess. My heart bleed since it is my rescue SUV which I go and pick up wounded sick animals. So it seems it will take some time before I can get it back.

More updates will come from our busy interesting tear filled week.

KEEGAN WE LOVE YOU
